1. Non Refundable Services
All payments made towards premium memberships or featured services on Khatik Samaj Shaadi are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:
● User dissatisfaction with matches or responses
● Inactivity or discontinued use by the member
● Delay or non-achievement of matrimonial result
● Profile deactivation or termination due to policy violation
2.Duplicate Payments
In the case of duplicate or accidental payments, please contact us at khatiksamajshaddi@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Technical Errors
If any amount is deducted due to technical issues and the service is not activated, please notify us immediately with proof of the transaction. Upon verification, we will either activate the service or issue a refund. It will be credited in 7 working days to the original payment method used.
4. Service Validity
Purchased plans are valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase. Unused or partially used services will not be carried forward or refunded.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. All benefits associated with your membership will cease after the subscription period ends.
